Tish Feilden

Tish Feilden, a founder of Jamie’s Farm alongside her son Jamie Feilden, was formerly a teacher and then spent 30 years as a UKCP registered psychotherapist. She developed and leads the therapeutic methodological approach across the charity. She supports the Therapy Coordinators, trains delivery staff and shares our approach widely through her book, podcast, blogs and delivery of CPD with other professionals. With the current crisis of mental wellbeing in schools, Tish has been instrumental in creating content for our upcoming platform, Cultivating Change, which aims to support teachers to feel better resourced in their roles. Tish believes that the living environment is central to supporting young people to thrive. She provides a vital oversight of both the culture within our delivery teams and the aesthetic qualities of our sites – with a sense of beauty, safety and family, paramount in her mind.
