Siân is passionate about ensuring young people have every opportunity to thrive in education and beyond. At Jamie’s Farm, she brings data to life alongside the real experiences of young people visiting the farms. Siân supports our staff to get the most out of IT systems, making her the go-to person for streamlining processes.
She provides support and training to colleagues, showcasing her organisational skills and ability to adapt resources and guidance to a variety of audiences and individuals. She works collaboratively to collect and report on key insights for the organisation and ensures the smooth running of Salesforce, our CRM. Siân is also responsible for our qualitative impact data, including case studies, quotes, and feedback. Previously, Siân worked at Trussell, supporting food banks with operations, systems, and training. Outside of work, Siân enjoys adventures in the countryside, baking, listening to live music, and spending as much time as possible by the seaside.
