Robert is Executive Director of the Real Farming Trust, a charity dedicated to supporting the transition to regenerative agriculture and fairer, more resilient food systems. He works to connect farmers, food producers, investors, and communities, creating opportunities for innovation and collaboration through initiatives such as the Oxford Real Farming Conference. Robert has led the development of LEAP, a pioneering social investment programme that provides finance, grants, and business support to regenerative food and farming enterprises. An experienced impact investment advisor and first-generation livestock farmer, he combines practical farming experience with expertise in financing sustainable businesses and strengthening local food economies.
