Kate Priest

Kate loves having the opportunity to get to know the young people who visit the farm and enjoys spending time with them outdoors with the animals, playing games, or having quiet time walking in the countryside or gardening.  She is a good listener and a very positive person who believes that all of us have many strengths and qualities.  She sees time spent on the farm as a fantastic opportunity for young people to have fun, relax, meet new people and discover more about themselves.  In her spare time, Kate enjoys being outdoors in all weathers, going for walks with her dog Bobby, gardening or hiking up mountains.  Working on a farm has been a new experience for Kate and she has had to challenge herself to overcome her fear of cows.  She especially enjoys learning more about the farm and its animals alongside the young people who visit Monmouth.
