Ella Bond

As Therapy Coordinator, Ella leads many group meetings and spends time having personalised therapeutic conversations with all the young people who visit the farm in order to help them piece together pathways for their future success on return to school. She is passionate about working with young people and putting into daily practice the values she holds dear. She enjoys spending her time at the farm having a walk and a chat with a visiting young person, running a game, getting crafty in the sunshine, and working with the horses. She loves spending time outdoors and sharing all that nature has to offer with the young people who visit the farm.
