Welcome to our newest farm

Situated in the same picturesque valley as Hill House Farm, our first permanent home, Shockerwick is an opportunity to deepen our roots in the landscape that has been at the heart of our journey from the beginning.

Shockerwick Farm is a historic and scenic estate that perfectly blends ancient charm with sustainable farming. The farm features Bath stone pillars and ancient stone troughs, along with centuries-old oak trees, ancient waterways and woodlands, creating a rich environment for both nature and agriculture. Having undergone extensive redevelopment we are excited to welcome our first groups of young people from September 2025.

This team is growing! All positions for our new team at Shockerwick have now been fulfilled and this page will update as and when our brilliant new team start their roles.

Talk to us about booking a visit to a farm

Our farms are open all year around, both during school term time and in the holidays.

We welcome groups from any organisations which work with young people who may benefit from a visit to Jamie’s Farm. This includes mainstream schools, alternative provisions, special schools, local authority groups, virtual schools and charities.

Please get in touch with our Partnerships Manager Lucy Kane to find out more, or download our school information pack.

When not in use by our visiting young people, we have accommodation available to rent most weekends and sometimes during holiday periods. Income from our properties supports our programme with young people, while guests get the opportunity to experience the tranquilty of this beautiful farm.
