Dave loves tractors, but his real job at the farm is managing the team and supporting them to deliver amazing experiences to young people each week. He loves spending time with young people on walks and sharing meals with them around the table, as well as helping them find new skills in fixing vehicles, processing firewood and maintaining the beautiful environment of the farm.
