Pauline is excited to be joining Jamie’s Farm Skipton, bringing together her love of the outdoors with her commitment to helping young people thrive.
Having spent over 20 years in education, Pauline has worked both in and alongside schools to create inclusive spaces where young people feel valued and supported to realise their potential. She is really looking forward to welcoming more young people to the farm and working in partnership with schools to create special experiences rooted in purpose, belonging and connection.
Beyond work, Pauline enjoys walking in the Yorkshire Dales, practising yoga and especially wild water swimming with her daughter.
