We offer a one-week residential placement for trainee teachers, early career teachers, teaching assistants and pastoral staff. All food and accommodation is provided for the week. For a one-off week as a residential volunteer, you will be involved in all the activities alongside the young people as well as helping with washing up, keeping the place tidy and going on our daily walks. All food and accommodation is provided for the week, and bursaries are available for those who would otherwise not be able to afford to volunteer with us. We occasionally have regular volunteer roles either working independently or with other volunteers, sometimes alongside young people in the garden, kitchen or with horses, or supporting our team in the office. These roles will be listed on our jobs page.
