Caz Hazell-Best

Caz joined Jamie’s Farm in September 2025 and works as a Therapeutic Coordinator. Caz grew up on, and is still part of her family farm. She was also a primary school teacher for 15 years. She loves being around the animals, especially the horses, and can see the positive impact they have on our young people visiting. She wants every young person to believe that they really matter and have so much to offer and through spending time at Jamie’s Farm, with new experiences and support, they can realise how wonderful they are. Caz enjoys spending time, listening, talking, crafting and walking with the young people during their stay. Caz values the caring and fun vibes the farm has to offer, even when the geese chased her!
