Louie trained as a primary school teacher and taught in London for several years before starting her own family. Whilst her children were very small, she helped with Sunday school classes in her local church and as her children got older, she began to volunteer with a reading charity in a local school where she help a small group of children who were finding reading tricky. Â Most recently she became Snowy Owl at Brownies. She helps to make brownie evenings varied and informative and heaps of fun!
She enjoys her garden, particularly growing pretty flowers but is branching out into veggies. Yoga helps to sort out aching limps from all the weeding and her two dogs keep her company! Now that her children are busy at university and finishing the last years of school, it is time for something new and she is looking forward to working with more children and young people at Jamie’s Farm.
