20,000 young people supported, and counting

We’re so delighted to share a truly special milestone with you.

Jamie’s Farm has now welcomed 20,000 young people through our farm gates.

It’s a number that’s hard to grasp. Enough to fill every seat in London’s O2 Arena. But what matters most to us is not the scale — it’s the individuals behind it.

Each of those 20,000 is a young person with their own story, their own challenges, and their own turning point.

Like Adele.

A turning point at 13

At 13, Adele was on the edge of being excluded from school. With undiagnosed ADHD, she found it hard to concentrate, and was regularly being sent out of class.

When she arrived at Jamie’s Farm, something began to shift.

Through practical, hands-on work, time outdoors, and the support of a team who took the time to understand her, Adele started to feel something different. Encouraged, not judged. Capable, not defined by her struggles.

Her turning point came during the mid-week hike.

She remembers:

“Something changed like a switch. When I got to the top, it was really emotional, because that’s the first thing I’d ever completed.
It made me realise that if I put my mind to something, then I can actually do it. I realised: life is what you make of it.”

That moment stayed with her.

“I think if I didn’t have Jamie’s Farm when I was 13, then I don’t think I would be the person I am today.”

Now 24, Adele is thriving as a support worker, using what she learned to support others facing similar challenges.

What 20,000 really means

Reaching 20,000 young people is something we’re incredibly proud of. But it’s also a reminder of why our work matters.

Too many young people are not thriving in school or beyond. Too many are facing barriers to their wellbeing, their relationships and their future.

At Jamie’s Farm, we offer a space to step away from those pressures. A place where young people can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with a sense of possibility.

Thank you

We simply could not have reached this milestone without you.

Your support has made it possible for thousands of young people to experience something different. To find confidence, belonging and hope.

And we know we can’t stop here. The need for our work is greater than ever, and demand for places continues to grow.

Thank you for helping us be there for young people like Adele.
